Your personalized care solutions
Be Seen, LLC offers personalized, affirming care designed to support you with intention and expertise. Services are provided by scheduled appointment at our Indianapolis office, or through approved mobile and virtual options depending on the service type.
Internal Medicine and Primary Care
Comprehensive primary and internal medicine care for adults at every stage of life. Services include new patient visits, established care, acute and sick visits, annual wellness exams, physicals, and more. We accept most major insurance plans. Self-pay options also available. Telehealth
Virtual visit with your licensed nurse practitioner. Conducted via secure video for established patients only. We accept most major insurance plans. Self-pay options also available.
Occupational Health
Comprehensive occupational health and compliance services designed to keep you workforce-ready. We offer certified DOT physical exams, sports physicals, and specialized physicals for employment, school, camp, or volunteer clearance—complete with required form fulfillment. Additional on-site services include convenient alternative TB blood testing (no return visit required) and necessary lab work. We accept most major insurance plans, and self-pay options are available. Contact us to verify your coverage.
Weight Management
Personalized, provider-led weight management care for adults ready to take control of their health. Services include initial consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing support for sustainable weight loss and metabolic wellness. Cash pay only. Insurance not accepted for this service line

Hormones influence nearly every part of your health: your energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, body composition, sexual wellness, and overall quality of life. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or hormone-related changes you can’t quite name, we’re here to help.
Your care begins with a comprehensive consultation, symptom review, medical history, physical examination, and appropriate laboratory testing. Every treatment plan is personalized, evidence-based, and designed around your goals. We offer both traditional hormone replacement therapy using FDA-approved medications and bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT), depending on what’s clinically appropriate and what fits your preferences.
Most patients notice changes in hot flashes and sleep within the first few weeks, with fuller relief over two to three months. We recheck and adjust as your body responds — this is a partnership, not a prescription.

Wellness Injectables
Professionally administered wellness injections to support energy, immunity, metabolism, and overall vitality. All injections are performed by a licensed provider in a clinical setting. Cash pay only. Insurance not accepted for this service line.
Aesthetics Wellness
Enhance your natural beauty with personalized treatments provided by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Services include wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, facial balancing, wellness injections, and customized treatment plans tailored to your goals.
In select cases, neuromodulator treatments may also be used for medical conditions such as chronic migraine, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and jaw tension or clenching following clinical evaluation. Insurance coverage for medically necessary treatments varies by plan and may require prior authorization.
Cosmetic services are generally self-pay.

Do you accept my insurance?
We accept many major insurance plans, including Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield (HMO, PPO, Medicare Advantage, and Workers’ Comp), Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare.
United Healthcare, Humana and others are coming soon.
Insurance is accepted for primary care, internal medicine, and telehealth visits only. Wellness injectables, weight management, and aesthetic services for cosmetics purposes are cash pay only. aesthetic services for medical purposes can be billed to your insurance.
It is the patient’s responsibility to know their benefits.

How do I book an appointment?
All appointments are scheduled online through our patient booking portal. You can book directly at beseeneveryday.com or by clicking the “Book an Appointment” button at the top of this page. We are a by-appointment-only practice and do not accept walk-ins.

Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes!
Telehealth visits are available for established patients and are conducted via secure video.
We accept most major insurance plans for telehealth, and self-pay options are also available.
New patients must complete an in-person visit before transitioning to telehealth care.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour advance notice for all appointment cancellations.
If a patient doesn't cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, a $50 fee is applied to missed or late-cancelled medical appointments.
For wellness injectable and aesthetic appointments, the full service amount is forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

We are located at 1002 N Mitthoefer Road, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
We are a by-appointment-only practice — please do not arrive without a scheduled visit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept HSA/FSA, major credit and debit cards for all services.
For insurance-covered services, applicable copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are collected at the time of visit.
Cash pay services (wellness injectables, weight management, and aesthetics) are due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance for cash-pay service lines.
